The American Institute in Taiwan is seeking a qualified contractor to provide general cleaning services for its residential quarters. The estimated annual amount of the service is around NT$ 200,000 - NT$ 1,000,000. The company meets the following qualifications, please contacts Ms. Carmen Tao, 02-2162-2084 during office hours 9:00-16:30, Monday to Friday, between May 10-16, 2007 to obtain solicitation package.

1. Be able to understand written and spoken English;
2. Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing;
3. Be able to demonstrate prior experience with suitable references;
4. Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work at multiple locations within Taipei area when required;
5. Have all licenses and permits required by local law;
6. Meet all local insurance requirements;
7. Have no adverse criminal record; and
8. Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States.
