The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is seeking a qualified vendor for providing shipping and shipping related services. The estimated annual cost of the service is around NT$7,000,000. The interested bidders should meet the following qualifications.

1. With a registered capital of NT$10 million or above;
2. Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing;
3. Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work;
4. Be able to demonstrate prior experience with suitable reference;
5. Have all licenses and permits required by local law;
6. Meet all local insurance requirements;
7. At least 10 years experience in relative field;
8. Have no adverse criminal record;
9. Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States;
10. Be able to understand written and spoken English.
