American Cultural Center Presents Video Series on U.S. History (Corrected with Revised Program Dates)
Freedom has long been America's strongest cultural bond and its most perilous fault line. And the tragedy of September 11th, 2001, has spurred America to appreciate her freedom more intensely and made her more determined to protect it. The "Freedom: A History of US," series takes viewers through the pivotal moments of America's "freedom trail," providing new insight into the idea America has defended and cherished since her birth. It narrates American history from a renewed focus on freedom, and thus helps the audience systematically and thoroughly understand the United States and her democracy.
