The attorneys listed below have expressed an interest in representing American citizens in Taiwan. All of the law firms have English-speaking staff, and all are willing to take cases outside Taipei.

The American Institute in Taiwan assumes no responsibility for the professional ability or integrity of the persons or firms whose names appear on the list below. Firms practicing in the Taipei area are listed first, followed by a list of firms practicing in northern Taiwan outside Taipei. The names listed are arranged alphabetically by firm, and the order in which they appear has no other significance.

Attorneys listed as Resident Foreign Attorneys are not licensed to practice before courts in Taiwan. However, in many cases such attorneys are either associated with a Taiwan law firm or have lawyers in their offices who can appear before the court.
