No. Contact the Department of Motor Vehicles in the U.S. state where your license was issued.

Can I notarize my U.S. driver's license at AIT?

You can sign a statement swearing your license is legitimate.  We will take your oath and notarize your signature on the document.  You must make an appointment for a notarial service and bring your valid driver's license and one copy. The fee for this service is $30.
