Consular Appointment System

To better serve you, the AIT/K Consular Services Section adopts an appointment system for all non-emergency services, to include notarials, passport services, consular reports of birth abroad (CRBA), immigrant visa petitions, and non-Immigrant visa services. We will also provide emergency services on an as needed basis.

Appointments must be made online. We are unable to assist you with booking appointments by phone. Thank you for your cooperation as we work to
provide you with the best possible service.
