美國研究研習會 Study of the U.S. Institutes for Scholars

研究研習會 (Study of the U.S. Institutes for Scholars) 是一個六週的學術計畫，開放給海外大學教員組成的跨國團體。研習會的舉行地點為全美各地的大學校園，並針對美國研究之中的特定主題進行研討。每次研習會大約有18至30名外國教育人員參加。
舉行這些研習會的目的，是為了強化海外學術機美國相關科目的課程，並改善其教學品質。每次計畫都包含兩大主要部分：其一是密集的四週學術研討會，其二是兩週的遊學，旨在加強研討會的學術內容。
另外也會安排各種文化活動，來補強計畫本身的不足之處，並有助於參加者更加瞭解美國社會。

The American Institute in Taiwan Public Diplomacy Section is pleased to invite candidates to apply for one of the Summer 2012 Study of the U.S. Institute programs. The Study of the U.S. Institute programs are designed for mid-career university-level educators. Each institute will typically last six weeks and take place during various dates between mid June and early August of 2012.
