The Commercial Section of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is collaborating with Aon Consulting to organize the “Aon Consulting Human Resources Forum”. This event will share best practices for companies contemplating a merger and acquisition (M&A), including conducting due diligence and purchasing group insurance for your employees.
In response to the ever changing business environment, M&A is becoming a common strategy for sustainable business growth. AIT’s Commercial Section and Aon Consulting will hold a seminar to introduce how an acquiring company can assess the real value and potential risk of the target company through due diligence exercises.
