RFQ No. TPE200-23-Q-0045
The American Institute in Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as AIT) has a requirement for a five-star hotel that is located inside Taipei City to provide a Hotel Accommodation, Welcome Reception and Conference package in support of two (2) international workshops for approximately 100 participants in October and November respectively. In addition to reception venue rental and catering, there will be a need for approximately 45-50 rooms for each workshop. All offerors that respond to this request for quotation (RFQ) must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal:
1. Have staff with English proficiency;
2. Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing;
3. Be able to demonstrate prior experience (at least ten clients) with suitable references;
4. Have good experience and past performance records (at least five years) in a related field;
5. Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work;
6. Have all licenses and permits required by local law such as five-star hotel certification issued by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau or recognized by Ministry of Transportation and Communication, and certificate of Company Registration;
7. Meet all local insurance requirements;
8. Have no adverse criminal record;
9. Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of AIT;
